Welcome to Lukalah Farm....
We are located in a small valley near the Willamette Valley in the State of Oregon on 10 acres of brushy hill side, trees and lots of rocks. After a brief break, we are up and running again and looking forward to getting back into the goat world!
Lukalah Farm is named after my grandchildren who help me with the daily farm chores. They are quite good at hand milking the girls, and enjoy the country life.
We have wildlife here which consists mostly of wild rabbits, wild Turkeys, raccoons, opossums, porcupine, deer, an occasional cougar, bear, coyote, fox, lots of birds including owls and several pairs of those chicken eating Red Tailed Hawks! We do have one pair of Bald Eagle.
Occasionally we do have some
goats for sale. We do make Goat Milk Soap and do have some of that
for sale. Sorry we do not sale milk at this time. We use it for
family drinking, fudge, cheese, ice cream and yogurt.
You
can see the various colors and patterns Nigerian Dwarves come in at
"Nigerian
Dwarf Goat: Patterns & Colors." Our Goals To have healthy, happy children
and goats. To produce nutritious milk for our family. Always
striving for correct conformation and quality. We will be
participating in shows and look forward to sharing our knowledge and
fun with others as we gain it.
